As we near our TD Festival, we'd like to highlight one of the star players in Cardfight!! Vanguard and Gundam TCG on his solid run during the Gundam TCG Championship Regionals!

𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼.
Everyone knows me for being a Vanguard player but this time I am into Gundam card game.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲?
- I used 𝗕𝗣 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺/𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘀
𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸?
- 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗮 𝗕𝗣 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲. Even though the deck is heavily hit by the banlist. It is still a strong deck and I am comfortable of using this and my fav Gundam Barbatos is in this deck.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁?
- I just played some MSA / remote fights with friends and joining shop battle in locals. Since my friends are using meta decks. It helps me with the match ups.
𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀
- 𝗥𝟭 𝗕𝗪 𝗢𝗿𝗯 𝗔𝗴𝗴𝗿𝗼: He manage to aggro me and hit me to my last life until I board wipe him using widespread and place big units. He ran out of gas so I made a comeback.
- 𝗥𝟮 𝗕𝗚 𝗢𝗬𝗪: I have answers to his small units early such as Barbatos adapt and mika so I ping his units and attacking only on board so at the later part of the game he ran out of units while I still have units to attack.
- 𝗥𝟯 𝗕𝗪 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: It is a close game the moment he went for board playing all his units and blockers and I respond with widespread that was the turning point of the game. I played Barbatos Lupus then Strike Freedom to finish the game.
- 𝗥𝟰 𝗥𝗪 𝗠𝗙: Both of us are sure to be in the top 4 already so were just chill. In this game I gain major advantage. I have mik adapt in hand I ping his Maxter, also everytime he plays shinning Gundam I responded with Giant Killing twice and that's how I won the game.
𝗧𝗼𝗽𝟰 𝗕𝗚 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹: Lost badly. This is my bad match up. My starting hand was 3 base 1 pilot 1 unit. He manages to rush me down while I cannot ping or trade his units because of bricking.

I'm thankful for being part of top 4 in the PH for Gundam card game. Still happy with my achievements on my first regionals. I will do my best in the next major events. This season gave me huge confidence that no matter where tcg I play if I put effort and hardwork, it will surely pay off. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆. 𝗧𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘆.
